Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
- All sales are final.
- A 35% restocking fee will apply to all newly returned items. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the item. To qualify, the item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original unassembled condition, and include a receipt or proof of purchase. A return authorization number is also required.
- Open box and floor model items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All lease payments and payments made through any other method are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If you pick up the item yourself, you assume full responsibility for its condition. Home Gallery Furniture is not liable for any damage after pickup.
- All warranty claims are strictly between the customer and the manufacturer.
- Delivery fees, items marked “Final Sale” or “Special Order”, assembled or used items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Special orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure that you take your time when ordering. Make sure you are fully satisfied before finalizing your purchase.
- If you do not require assembly, please inspect the delivery carefully before the delivery driver leaves your location. Once the driver departs, Home Gallery Furniture is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery.
- Make sure to sign the delivery receipt when you receive your items from the delivery driver. This confirms that you have received the correct items in satisfactory condition.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance, we will provide a return authorization number and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If there are any damages, defects, or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
