16-Day Return Policy We offer a 16-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. For a successful return, the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original, unassembled condition. The receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number are necessary. Please note, a 20% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees will apply. If parts or accessories are missing, a fee will be deducted from your refund.

Initiating a Return To begin a return, contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return authorization number and instructions for sending your package. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect it. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please note that delivery fees, items marked "Final Sale" or "Special Order", assembled or used items (unless written exception is provided by Home Gallery Furniture), sale items, and gift cards ­are non-refundable.

Exchanges For exchanges, return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please remember, banks or credit card companies might take additional time to process and post the refund.
